Terms and conditions: • Guest passes will only be issued to Monthly Continuous or Annual Paid full members with an active account. • Eligible members may collect up to two (2) guest passes each quarter. • The guest pass must be presented at the time of redemption. Once a guest pass has been redeemed, it is valid for 90 days. • Recipients may use their guest pass for 1 complimentary visit to the activity of their choice. • Guest pass recipients must adhere to all Oval policies, procedures and Code of Conduct during their visit. • Guest passes are non-transferrable and cannot be applied to membership dues or entry into special events. • Not valid with other promotions or offers. • Not redeemable for cash. • The Richmond Olympic Oval is not responsible for guest passes that are lost or stolen. • All passes must be redeemed before they expire at the end of the calendar year.
